Patient Participation Group
The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a way to have your say and represent patients within Mendip Vale North Somerset.
The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of registered patients who work in partnership with the practice to help improve the services we provide. The group meets every two months to discuss a range of topics affecting patients and the practice, offering valuable feedback on their experiences and helping us identify opportunities for improvement.
The PPG plays an important role in representing the views of the wider patient population, ensuring that patient voices are heard when decisions are made about the development of services. Members are consulted on proposed changes, provide insight into patient needs, and help us communicate important updates and initiatives to the wider community. By working together, the PPG helps us deliver services that are responsive, accessible, and focused on the needs of our patients.
Your local surgery needs you!
We are always looking for enthusiastic and willing patients to give us feedback.
While there is currently a waiting list for our in-person meetings, we also offer a virtual PPG option. Virtual members receive updates from the practice and are invited to participate in online discussion v
