Video GP consultations at Mendip North Somerset
A video consultation lets you contact your GP and get medical advice without having to visit the surgery. During your video consultation, you’ll be able to tell your GP about your medical or health issue online. Find out how to book a video medical consultation with your GP.
To receive a video consultation
You can request a video consultation with your GP by calling the surgery or indicating on the eConsult your preferred method of consultation. We will then follow up by sending you a text with the link to the video consultation. If your GP feels that it would be best for you to come to the surgery, then they will arrange a face-to-face appointment with you.
Change or cancel a video consultation
Please let us know if you can no longer make your video consultation so we can help other patients.
