If you need to see your GP, then you can book an appointment using our online system. Our appointments are booked at 10-minute intervals.
How to book an appointment
You can book a routine appointment to see or speak to your GP or other healthcare professional, by using our online triage system, eConsult.
Click the links below to use our online triage system. You’ll be able to state the type of appointment you feel you need.
Once you have submitted your eConsult form, Mendip Vale will be in contact with you within 3 WORKING DAYS to discuss the next steps.
If you have an urgent matter, please contact the practice directly and do not use eConsult.
Types of appointments
At Mendip Vale North Somerset, we offer different appointments to help you get the care you need as soon as possible.
Routine appointments
We aim to give you a routine appointment to see or speak to a GP or other healthcare professional within two weeks of receiving your online request.
Urgent appointments
If your appointment is considered urgent, we’ll arrange for a GP or other healthcare professional to see or speak to you on the same day.
You can also visit 111 Online or call NHS 111 for general medical advice.
